I've been reading these for years so I guess its about time I took a crack at adding my own bit of noise to the blog-o-sphere!
For now I'll keep my posts to the ol' running obsession but we'll see how things go from there.
Just broke the news to Fiona that I'm going for the Dublin mararthon this October. Silence. I dont think shes as excited as I am about kicking off the tweleve weeks training again so soon after Cork. Although to be honest I'm not that excited about some parts of the training either!
Tomorrow is the start of my long runs. Sixteen "rolling" miles in Ballincollig / Farran. So in prep for this am off to the pub now to hook up with some mates I haven't seen in a while....liquid carbs dont ye know.
